Can one user see another user's files?
No. This is what private ftp accounts and our service is all about!
By default, each username/password is jailed to their own home directory.
Exception #1 - If you want to share files among multiple users, you can simply tell them to login with the same username/password.
Exception #2 - It is possible to "nest" home directories and thereby create a "group admin" type account that can get to multiple users' files and folders.
Exception #3 - The Site Administrator account is also a Master FTP account, with full access to all files and folders.
