  FAQ and Knowledgebase

I get "relaying denied" when trying to send email from my computer.

If you are seeing this error:

Error: 554. Relay access denied. Mail could not be sent. Recipient address rejected.

then you most likely have the wrong settings in your email program in the Outgoing Mailserver configuration section.

Try enabling "SMTP Server Authentication". ("Allow Authentication" in Eudora, "My server requires authentication" in OE) and then sending the mail.
